Already passed your Advanced Test? Fellowship is the next step — working with an experienced Fellow to refine your driving philosophy, technique and hazard perception to a higher standard.
It’s a rewarding programme that deepens your understanding of Roadcraft and sharpens the skills you’ve already built. Fellowship is also a pathway towards becoming a qualified observer yourself — giving something back to the group.
Who is it for?
Fellowship is open to holders of the IAM Advanced Driving qualification. If you’ve passed your Advanced Test and want to keep developing, this is the natural next step.
What does it involve?
You’ll be mentored by an experienced, accredited Fellow with a focus on advanced commentary, planning and precision. The programme deepens your understanding of Roadcraft to a higher standard.
